RWAM Law emerged from the seeds planted by Doug Ritzen in 2007, who envisioned a law firm that eschews the poor client service often typical of legal practices.
His dream was to create a firm that listens to its clients before the slamming of the gavel, a place where concerns are validated, stress is mitigated, and peace of mind is promoted in every single interaction.
Evolving into Ritzen Warshawski LLP
Sean Warshawski joined Doug in 2011 and became a partner in 2016, having fully embraced Doug’s client-centric approach to the practice of law.
The next chapter unfolded in 2019 when Sean and Doug co-founded Ritzen Warshawski LLP with the shared purpose of providing solace in tumultuous legal waters.
Born and raised at the height of COVID, Doug and Sean prioritized their clients and employees, giving generous payment terms to struggling clients and retaining all employees at full salary, understanding that loyalty matters more than short-term financial considerations.
Building a Dependable Team
Our team blossomed with the addition of Paul and then Suzanne, who assumed Doug’s practice upon his retirement, both seasoned legal practitioners, who aligned with our values and the collective commitment to prioritizing our clients’ peace of mind.
